Anthony Maldonado has reached some rare milestones for an athlete his age, and any age for that matter.

Testing very well initially, Anthony used the EFS System to take his primary skills (speed, quickness, coordination and explosiveness) to another level.

The EFS matrix of scientific training thoroughly outlines the training components that make up an athlete's primary skills. These primary skills form the foundation on which field skills are built and ultimately maximized.

With the EFS Training System, Anthony has enhanced his primary skills to such an extreme degree, that he now is a leader that will be inspiring

many more to expand their goals and strive for achievements thought previously unreachable.

In the past, scores like this were virtually unheard of for athletes his age, and are still highly acclaimed for elite level athletes (college and pro).

We believe that the difference here lies in the potential that the EFS System is able to tap into for athletes like Anthony.

After using EFS for 3+ months, Anthony improved his foot quickness and agility by 30%. He also took more than 2 tenths off his 40 yd dash. He went from a very good 4.69 all the way down to an astonishing 4.46 (when he was only 16) to set the EFS speed record for that age group! Lastly, he added 1.5" to his vertical jump to set an EFS record of 34" for the 16yr old age group.

Field Accomplishments: He batted .500 for his senior season and stole 17 bases in just 19 games while at Monta Vista High School.

After wrapping up his most recent training program with EFS, Anthony will be heading to Colorado to play baseball at Colorado State University.

Haley Wymbs plays basketball for Queen of Apostles school and softball for The San Jose Sting. On the basketball court, Haley is not a player of large stature. However, with The EFS System she is learning to make her mark by developing other strengths, which are making her stand out from the rest.

The following story gives you an idea of how her performance and playing experience have been impacted.

After using the EFS System for 3 months, Mr. Bill Wymbs (Haley's dad) informed us that after her basketball game his daughter had a number of people approach her and ask what she does to get faster. He knew it wasn't a mere coincidence when the Referee approached her and said that she is "the fastest girl he has seen in her age group". Her dad's response was "its because of this, The EFS System"...

After Haley tested out The EFS System, Mr Bill Wymbs has now decided to have all 3 of his daughters use The EFS System programs.

EFS Accomplishments: After using The EFS System for 3+ months, Haley took 1 tenth off her 10 yd dash, 2.5 tenths off her 20 yd dash, and almost 3 tenths off her 40 yd dash, finishing with a time of 5.70! Haley also added 2 and a half inches to her vertical jump (now up to 19") and 25% to her foot quickness and agility.
