Softball Team Wins National Championship with Hard Work and Help from The EFS Training System.
Coach Bob Peralis is well-known in the softball world. More than anyone, he knows that winning a national championship is no easy task. His San Jose Sting organization is rightly considered one of the best fast-pitch softball clubs in all of California. They are known for their high standards in the areas of coaching and field tactics, as well as their high quality of play on the field.
With that said, in all of ten years, they still had not acquired a national championship... that is until now.
A number of factors come into play when a team acquires the title of National Champions. This includes player talent, opposition level, as well as organized, thorough and persistent coaching standards.
When teams are closely matched (as they are in post season play), there is one more component: Reliable Performance Enhancement Training. At EFS, we call this the primary skills of sports. When rooted in exercise science and taught correctly this will elevate an athlete to peak performance and often overwhelming victories over physically weaker opponents. If not reliably built though, this will often be the limiting factor that confines a player or team to mediocrity, regardless of practice time and field skill training.
As an example, lets take a look at a handful of the National Champion Sting players and view their training statistics while using The EFS Training System.
There are many more Sting players who participated in the Sting Training program with EFS, including those from other age groups and a state championship team as well.
As an example, the following is a letter from an excited and proud parent:
“Just FYI, EFS really helped and Desiree really enjoyed the trainers and workouts. Just recently as the #1 pitcher for San Jose Sting 12U we won the State Championships at Twin Creeks on 06-20. Of the 4 games we had to play she threw three of them.. She threw a PERFECT Game in game one, a Shut out in Game two and knocked off the #1 seeded Salinas Storm in the Championship beating them 5-3! EFS instilled the confidence and added strength to allow her the edge over her opponents... Thanks!
Regards
Stewart”
