EFS Upper Body Speed (EFS U-Speed)!

EFS Upper Body Speed: The same scientific principles that we apply to lower body speed and explosive development can be applied to the upper body as well. After drawing from existing research and referencing our proven effective system for lower body speed, we have come up with the EFS Upper Body Speed Program.


Proven Results: You will be tested, retested and you will improve.


Application: The application is vast and the outcome is more explosive arms and upper body.

Baseball, softball, football, lacrosse, volleyball, tennis players as well as boxers and martial artists will all benefit from faster arm movement and upper body explosiveness.


Program Options: We offer our EFS AST programs in the capacity of 30 or 60 minute (5-10 lesson packs, as well as bulk priced packs of 20 or more).


Getting Started: Contact EFS, select a lesson duration, choose your preferred days and times and start improving the EFS way.


Summer Training Hours: AM Classes Start June 13th.

The Right Fit: You can schedule EFS AST lessons in between your regular speed classes to enhance and compliment your development there. As long as you inform your AST instructor so he can avoid redundancy, you can schedule classes & lessons during back to back days. Or you can kill 2 birds with one stone by covering both speed and AST components in your AST lessons. Inform your AST instructor of your desired sport specific goals.

EFS AST: Here we take our proven effective speed and strength systems a step further by integrating sport-specific movements into the exercises. The outcome is sharper application and a better prepared athlete who is now not just one step ahead, but often two or three in the preparation category.  With the growing competition these days, EFS AST will surely have an impact.

This summer we have over 30 classes per week focusing on Speed, Quickness & Agility,

Vertical Jump and Conditioning. The Schedule is listed below.


Monday-Thursday:....10-11am, 11am-12pm, 3:30-4:30pm, 4:30-5:30pm, 5:30-6:30pm, 6:30-7:30pm.     

Friday:........................10-11am, 11am-12pm, 3:30-4:30pm, 4:30-5:30pm, 5:30-6:30pm.

Saturday:.................. 10-11am, 11am-12pm, Open Gym is 12-1pm    

Sunday: .................... CLOSED

Note: Private lessons or team training can be scheduled any time of the day or evening (during or outside of this schedule).
