Vinny Caloiaro has used the EFS system for almost 8 years now. When this happens we see what we call “Athlete Transformation”. High intensity & repetitive neuromuscular training can shock the body into adaptation and improve brain/body calibration. However, long term use of the EFS system, will cause a deeper imprinting into the neuromuscular system, thus leading to the creation of “learned reflexes”. Learned reflexes, like inborn reflexes enable us to execute complex movements at the fastest speed humanly possible. How fast?... So fast, that you don’t even need to think about it!

See how Vinny did in one of his training Meso-cycles. A Meso-cycle is an intermediate block of time dedicated to training. Keep in mind that Vinny started with a 40yd dash of over 6 seconds when he was 12 (now he has a 4.63) and an 18” vertical jump when he was age 13 (now he has a 27.5” VJ). This “Meso” snapshot reflects some of his peak scores in speed and jumping.
EFS: “When did you first start playing competitive soccer?”
Vinny: “I first started playing soccer when I was six. When I was 10
I began playing select soccer.”
EFS: “What has been one of your most memorable and exciting soccer experiences so far?”
Vinny: “ When I was 14, we won the national championship for my select team. But the most exciting would have to be my first college goal. It was against San Jose State this past season (as a sophomore). That’s when I became the starting Mid-Half.”
EFS: “Has The EFS System helped your play on the field, and when did you first start using EFS?”
Vinny: “Yes, it has definitely helped my field skills. I started training with EFS when I was 12, and have been using (The EFS System) for almost 8 years now.”
