Testing Metrics
“Long Duration, Moderate Focus & Frequency, Adaptation Accumulation” The strategy of the athlete here was to maximize their athletic development over a period of 4 or more years. In this case, the EFS System helped the participant acquire greater strength and especially speed as well as hip power. This athlete used the EFS system for almost 8 years, starting when he was 12 (with a 40yd dash of over 6 seconds), and most recently a 4.63 recording. As a result, “Athlete Transformation” has taken place, greatly impacting field performance. As a testimony, he successfully transitioned from the Youth Level to Prep Level, then to the Elite Level, receiving an athletic scholarship and becoming a college starter as a sophomore.
