First Place (EFS Achievements): Jackson Thoreson took “The Extreme Athlete Challenge” and after using the EFS System, he made tremendous gains across the board. He has taken almost a full second off his 40 yard dash time in the last 7 months. This translates to about 10 stride lengths or about 10 yards faster than he was 7 months ago. That is incredible! His amazing improvements, the duration of time trained, and his field accomplishments make Jackson Thoreson “the Biggest Gainer” for March, 2011.

On the field, Jackson was able to make the Bellarmine Junior Varsity baseball team as a Freshman!... As the only freshman on the JV team, this is a very rare & unique accomplishment. If he was a full second slower, it most definitely would have hurt his chances to make this team.

Jackson said.

Jackson has decided to continue his EFS training program to maintain his gains, even though his team is in season.

oy Powell, possesses unique strengths and tremendous athletic versatility. Not only does his testing data reflect his strong work ethic, but his records reflect strong athleticism as well (especially for his age).

Furthermore, his extremely unique feats (displayed in the EFS TV video below) and his on field accomplishments make Roy Powell The “Biggest Gainer” April, 2011.

First Place (EFS & Field Achievements): Roy took “The Extreme Athlete Challenge” and after using the EFS System, he has taken about 2 tenths off his 10, about 3 tenths off his 20 and over 5 tenths off his 40 yard dash. Furthermore, he added 5 inches to his net vertical jump and over 60% to his foot quickness and agility (breaking 2 EFS records in this area). Translation: Roy’s training improvement and tremendous foot quickness translate to enhanced reaction and ball control on the field. Furthermore, the intense foot quickness and agility training he’s gone through with The EFS System places a virtual injury shield around his ankles, etc... Application: On the field, Roy scored 10 goals and was named the MVP of his freshman soccer team at Archbishop Mitty High School in the very competitive West Catholic League, and was later pulled up to help out the JV soccer team as well. According to Roy, “EFS helped my speed, strength and endurance.” Roy has decided to continue his EFS training program to maintain and even increase his substantial gains with The EFS System.
