The strategy of the athlete here was to maximize their athletic development over a period 1 or more years. 
In this case, the EFS System helped the participant acquire strength and especially a level of speed and quickness that is very unusual for an athlete with such mass. 
As a testimony, he successfully transitioned from the Prep Level to the Elite Level, receiving two athletic scholarships: one from The University of Idaho and later from the Rose Bowl Contender University of Oregon Ducks.
