EFS Smart Camps


We have two sports performance camps: Smart Speed, Agility and Conditioning or Soccer Specific Performance. EFS Smart Camps are a great way for athletes and players to improve balance, coordination, speed and agility. Learning about how to train properly, what to eat prior to training, and how to best recover is also emphasized.

Furthermore they also learn unique components regarding training, such as the bioenergetics systems in the body. EFS camps are based on the proven EFS system that has helped thousands of athletes improve their skills, speed, and quickness over the last 19 years.

EFS currently offers two Smart Camp formats: Smart Speed & Agility and Soccer Specific Performance and Skills.  Our soccer specific training camps camp have a fun and creative Brazilian style influence.  Brazilian player, Sidney Miranda is our Director of Soccer Skills Training. The camps are for boys and girls ages 9-16.

Camps are conducted at the EFS training facility located at 1600 Dell Avenue, Campbell, CA 95008-6910.

Smart Speed & Agility Camp


These camps are great because they expose athletes/players to some of our more advanced training in a more condensed and less intense manner. This is a great way to get tuned up and into shape for the Summer time or before your season gets started. They are also a great way to get revved up and prepared for your sports tryouts. Quickness, agility, acceleration and challenging biomechanics exercises are some of the things that you will experience, in addition to balance and bodyweight strengthening.

Soccer Specific Performance & Skills Camp

Our soccer specific training camps have a fun and creative influence. Brazilian player, Sidney Miranda is our director of soccer skills training. These unique and fun camps are run by Sidney and our EFS Staff. Our director of Sports Performance, Chris Morton approves and / or puts the final touches on the training content. Other Brazilian soccer players Igor, Gustavo and Gabriel have made guest appearances and add to the fun and exciting experience of these training camps. The curriculum is technical skills oriented and soccer fitness oriented, it involves fun games such as soccer tennis. The kids will not only learn to handle the ball with greater precision and skill, they will also learn to move their feet faster, and have lots of fun!
