When I was first asked to field test The FITLIGHT Trainer™ by Gary Walker years ago, I was training his very athletic daughter who was preparing for college soccer. Gary soon introduced me to his partner, Derek D’Andrade. Derek and I spoke by phone numerous times analyzing how to configure and use this equipment in more useful and advanced ways. While Gary was more marketing oriented, Derek was more mechanically minded and I was obsessed with the hands on use of this equipment. I wanted to know how to use the FITLIGHT Trainer™ in the most scientifically effective manner possible. When we moved to our larger center, Derek and Gary visited to help configure lights with stands, etc… During this multiyear field testing process, I acted as their Director of Sports Performance. During this time we were approached by Brazilian eye surgeon Dr. Carvalho, who helped us create the Micro-Speed Protocol™. My work with Gary and Derek marked a key transformation in our systems. Over ten years, I learned a lot from Gary and especially Derek about this unique piece of equipment. After training thousands of athletes, I can say that this is one of the most innovative and impacting pieces of equipment I have ever used. I am very grateful for my time working with Derek and Gary testing this amazing equipment. I have tested The FITLIGHT Trainer™ with youth, prep, college and professional athletes, and it works extremely well. – Chris J. Morton (Founder, EFS Training Science & Micro-Speed™ Protocol).
