For email or text message offers, use the “Reserve a Discount” form BELOW. Complete ASAP to ensure the discount price is reserved before it expires.
As the form states enter in the:
- “Dollar Amount” (DISCOUNT PRICE FROM EMAIL OR TEXT MESSAGE),
- “Program Code description” (ex: ET 20 Pack, SG 24 Pack, etc…),
- “Discount Code” (if given, if not leave blank).
- “Cardholders Email”. You’ll be emailed a receipt & confirmation after form is completed.
- “Athlete’s Name” (first and last).
Note: Your program profile will be updated within 24-48 hours to reflect the new program credit. For new users your new profile will be created within 24-48 hours, so you can access the online scheduler.
