Youth Sports Camps (Ages 7-14)


Duration: 3 Hours (Half day). EFS Youth Sports Camps focus on a variety of skills and competencies for the growing athlete. Balance, agility, running mechanics, and body control are all emphasized as well as a healthy dose of fun. Nutritional tips and awareness are emphasized as well. Athletes who play soccer, baseball, softball, volleyball, etc.. all have  benefitted from our fun sports performance & skills camps.


Summer Youth Camp Schedule

Camp 1:  June 17-21 (9am-12pm), $250/week.

Camp 2:  June 24-28 (9am-12pm), $250/week.

Camp 3:  July 8-12 (9am-12pm), $250/week.

Camp 4:  July 15-19 (9am-12pm), $250/week.

Camp 5:  July 22-26 (9am-12pm), $250/week.

Camp 6:  Aug 5-9 (9am-12pm), $250/week.

Summer Schedule 2019: Jun 10th- Aug 16th


Mon-Fri

Mornings: 10am-11am, 11am-12pm, 12pm-1pm

Afternoons and Evening: 330-430pm, 4pm-5pm, 430pm-530pm, 5pm-6pm, 530pm-630pm, 6pm-7pm, 630pm-730pm.


Sat

Mornings & Afternoon: 10am-11am, 11am-12pm, 12pm-1pm, 1pm-2pm.


asterisk NOTE: Your program or lesson must be scheduled and confirmed at least 24hrs prior to attending. Drop-ins are welcome if a class is going on. However, please confirm a class is going on.
