CROSSFIT & EFS YOUTH TRAINING CLASS (10 SESSIONS: Starts Dec. 7th)
Plan (10 Weeks)
Learn some of the basic movements for CrossFit students. These can include but are not limited to:
.
The Air Squat.
The Medicine-Ball Clean.
The Deadlift.
The Shoulder Press.
The Loaded squats and it’s variants. (Goblet, etc...)
They will also learn some of the key EFS Elements of Athleticism, teamwork and following directions. These can include but are not limited to:
Performance Testing.
EFS Hoop Drills.
Ladder Foot Quickness.
Cutting & Agility.
Running Speed.
Multi-Ab-Complex.
EFS Propriokinetics.
Ages: 6-12
Duration: 45min
Default Time: 9am-945
Dates: Dec 7, 14, 21, 28, Jan 4, 11, 18, 25, Feb 1, 8.
Makeups: Missed classes may be made up (upon request) in EFS regular small group sessions within 7 days of missing the original class.
NOTE: Classes may be subject to change. If we reschedule or move a class date or time, you will be notified in advance and a substitute date (and or time) will be provided. Classes will be taught by EFS Staff.
