Product Details

Soccer Specific Elite Training (SSET) is semi-private and generates the fastest and most significant gains for maximizing soccer player development by utilizing XAP Smart Speed, XAP Smart Strength for Soccer, and EFS Micro-Speed™ (Neuro-cognitive, Vision and Reaction training), This program uses more advanced equipment than regular Small Group (SG) training sessions. Sessions are usually 60min, but can go up to 90min when ready and or/ requested by the user.

Soccer Specific Elite Training (SSET) shares some common training modules with SG training (such as quickness, biomechanics and plyometrics), but unlike SG training includes the MOST ADVANCED equipment and techniques in our arsenal to help help athletes to maximize their gains in as little time as possible. Soccer Specific Elite Training (SSET) targets technical skill work for maximizing ball control and more creativity, defender specific explosiveness and quickness, leg strength for protecting the knees and joints, lateral movement for changing direction, and acceleration speed for chasing the ball and driving to the goal, as well as EFS Micro-Fusion™ for faster and more accurate passing and turnover reduction and lowering injury risk. EFS Micro-Fusion™ artificially creates the physical and especially mental "Fog of Stress" experienced in game situations, which makes players react faster and make better and faster decisions, reduce turnover rate and reduce injury risk. In our Micro-Speed™ laboratory-type setting we are more safely and more repetitively creating learned reflexes. This accelerates player development well beyond normal practice or training situations, specific to passing accuracy, passing speed, passing creativity and technical speed. Vision and Micro-speed and Micro-Fusion™ equipment and protocols were researched and developed together by Brazilian Eye Surgeon Dr. Carvalho and EFS Chief Innovator and DOSP (Director of Sports Performance), Chris Morton.
